Résumé Formats: 3 Basic Flavors
You may have seen résumé books in the library or other résumé resources on the Web that show dozens of styles. For all practical purposes they can usually all be grouped into one of three main types: chronological, functional, or combination. Each has its advantages and disadvantages and there's no real right or wrong kind. It's really a matter of what your experience is and how you can best show it off on paper.
