The College Central Network System at BCC is for the listing of bona fide, full-time, part-time, seasonal, short-term positions, and internships by small and large businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations that adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action regulations. Third party recruiters will be approved only to post job openings and will not be approved to search the resume database.

Prohibited Job Postings:

1. All positions that would employ students for a private individual (i.e. babysitter, tutor, caretaker, etc.).
2. Non-degreed student jobs and internships that are compensated by commission ONLY.
3. All positions that require a fee payment or investment prior to employment (i.e. entrepreneurial employers). The Career Services Center defines entrepreneurial employers as those organizations that require the job seeker to make an initial financial investment or fee payment as a condition of employment. Entrepreneurial employers also include those organizations that provide financial incentives to staff who recruit new hires for the organization and for which the recruiting staff member receives a portion of the new hire's commission. Furthermore, entrepreneurial employers will not be provided with any online or on-campus recruiting services through the Career Services Center at BCC.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the College Central Network System to employers due to any of the following: requiring at the time of application personal information such as bank and social security numbers; misrepresentation by dishonest information or absence of information; fraud; harassment of BCC students, alumni or staff; breach of confidentiality; failure to adhere to these Career Services Center policies and/or any violation of BCC rules and regulations, and local, state, or federal laws.

Career Services reserves the right to deny/remove the posting of any position that is deemed inappropriate or questionable.
