We are a third-party logistics (3PL) consulting company that works with our clients to save transportation and freight expenses. We guarantee a minimum of 5% savings over their current spending, and in 2008, the average was 12 - 15%. I am recruiting for recent graduates to be part of our BEST (Building Excellence through Sales Training) program, and able to start in August or September. During our extensive training program, the BEST Team will reside in Springfield, MO for 90-days, then return to their home base location. While in the BEST Program, pay is based on $30,000 yr. paid monthly, bonuses and commissions on new business development. We expect our Sales Executives, after 1 year with Mihlfeld & Associates, to earn in excess of $100,000 (salary & bonus). Our Sales Executives make the all-important, first impression for Mihlfeld & Associates with our prospective client companies, and are the lifeline of our company. Our BEST candidates must have the ability to build strong relationships quickly, possess superior communication skills, be committed to setting and achieving goals, have high ethical and professional standards, be self-disciplined, and motivated to earn a six-figure income. We are expanding our sales staff, and adding sales executives in NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Chicago and Milwaukee.

Qualifications/Skills: Bachelor's Degree, able to engage C-level financial managers and maintain professional integrity throughout sales process.
