The Individual must be a team player with a positive work ethic and leadership abilities. This individual is needed immediately. Responsibilities include maximizing production of finished goods within established quality standards and assisting with process improvements. This is an off-shift salaried position. An individual in this position would be supervising 15 or more employees in various manufacturing positions and assisting in the foam making process on our pourline.

This position requires a two year degree in business administration or equivalent experience with a background in Chemistry. Past experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred in a Leadership/Supervisory role. Individuals that have a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry background and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing would be a preferred.
