The ACAP program assists Service Members and their spouses to obtain employment in the private sector when they leave the military. Job fairs will be held on Fort Leonard Wood every month of the year except December that includes employers hiring for jobs in Missouri and employers hiring for jobs nation-wide. The job fairs are open to the public. When you come to the front gate of Fort Leonard Wood, stop at our Visitor's Center, show proof of insurance and their driver's license, and you will be issued a one-day pass for the job fair.
