Welcome to the Fairmont State University & Pierpont Community & TC Education Networking Event

This event is intended for employers and Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College students, and for alumni, members of the community and neighboring colleges. The Office of Career Services hosts the event and everyone is welcome to participate.

Our format has been adjusted this year to accommodate our students involved in student teaching. We will be hosting an evening network event at:

Registration for this event is FREE.

Employers interested in participating in this event are encouraged to register on-line as early as possible. There is no charge for employers to participate in this event. There will be a light dinner provided and your timely registration is appreciated so we can provide accurate numbers for catering. We look forward to assisting you in your recruiting efforts.

Jobseekers DO NOT need to pre-register. This event is free to everyone. However, we will be providing a light dinner and strongly suggest that you RSVP to ensure dinner is available for everyone. Please RSVP to Tina.stuart@fairmontstate.edu no later than Monday, March 15, 2010. Please indicate to her that you will be attending the Education Networking Event and include: Your Name and Teaching Specialty.

All candidates should dress professionally and bring several resumes to distribute to employers.

Directions from Parking Garage to Falcon Center
After parking on the top level of the parking garage (accessible only from main entrance to campus - up the hill and circling around the end of Hardway Hall), take the elevator on the North end of the lot up one floor to the 7th floor. Cross the bridge and follow the sidewalk straight ahead to the Falcon Center.
