JHM Hotels has developed, acquired, owned, and operated hotels throughout the United States for more than 35 years. The company currently owns/operates 34 hotels with over 5,554 guest rooms, located in the United States and India operating under such well regarded brands as Starwood, Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton. The company's mission statement shares this commitment with guests, associates and ownership. JHM Integrated Services is responsible for supporting all of our company hotels with reservations, revenue maximization, marketing, and sales. The division contains the CUSTOMER CONTACT CENTER (reservations) and will be relocating in December 2009 to new offices located within our Corporate Headquarters in Greenville, Sc.

We are seeking CUSTOMER CARE AMBASSADORS for our Customer Contact (Reservations) Center. 15 Full Time and 5 Part Time Positions paying $9-$10 per hour-Based on Experience. Applicants should be available to work AM/PM flexible shifts including Saturday and Sunday. Call Center or Hotel Industry Experience is a plus!

Qualifications
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication skills, bilingual is a plus!
• Outstanding problem solving skills.
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute and take 8 to 10 inbound calls per hour.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to handle technical challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to critique own performance and set goals, develop plans and actions.
• Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy and collect accurate information to resolve conflicts.
• Must enjoy an active and exciting work environment!
