Employers seeking to hire seasonal/summer employees as well as full-time Natural Resources positions are encouraged to participate in this job fair. Historically, camps, resorts, tourist businesses, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, lawncare operations, and amusement parks are among the employers who come to this particular Hocking College event.

Students attending this fair are often seeking internship opportunities, seasonal employment to earn money for educational expenses, or full-time employment.
