Customer Care Rep - Billing Specialist (Bilingual)
(Billing Clerks without call center need not apply)
SUMMARY
To perform all aspects of day-to-day customer order processing (data entry and responding to customer inquiries) and support for cable, high speed and digital phone services. Respond to customer inquiries with a strong focus on troubleshooting in a windows OS environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides assistance and expertise to customers and receives orders for installation, disconnection, service/repair or change in service.
Solicits sales of new or additional services. Responsible for input and retrieval of information from various databases and applications. Responsible for product knowledge and adhering to company policies. Works with other functional groups to ensure customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) necessary. Two years related experience and/or two year college degree.
Sales oriented individual strongly preferred.
Computer proficiency a requirement. (Will test during interview).
Bilingual skills strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills.
Must be available to work outside of regularly assigned shifts, but within guidelines of employee classification. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit.
2) WIP Specialist

SUMMARY
Responsible for the timely handling of installation calls.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Close installation work orders timely and accurately in accordance with approved department procedures.
Verify that installers have completed basic trouble shooting in the event of no picture.
QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work with automated systems including Windows based environment and MS Office package.

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service background.
