The Mid-Atlantic Placement Conference began in 1996 and serves as the regional placement conference, designed similarly to the NASPA and APCA national job placement conference.

Employers from all over the Mid-Atlantic Region will be coming to Lancaster with Residence Life jobs to fill. This is an easy way for candidates to interview for multiple jobs in one location and gain valuable interview experience.
