Position: Operations Manager - Construction
Location: Queens, NY
Hours: 8:30 - 5:30pm
Temporary Assignment: Immediate to 12/10/2010

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strong analytical competency and background. Preparation and analysis of reports, dashboards and other documentation, as required.
• Assist with creation, documentation and preparation of revised processes throughout the agency.
• Develop reports to monitor project pipeline and trend analysis.
• Planning and executing long and short term strategies.
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree preferred
• Experience with advanced analysis and report generation from various localized and global technological solutions.
• MUST have a background in, or previous experience in the Construction & AEC industry with relevancy to industry standards, project pipeline, and performance management systems.
• Advanced technical background with the ability to understand enterprise networks, applications and operating systems.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work within a collaborative team environment/
• Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to function well in a deadline/pressure driven environment.
