Full-service advertising agency in downtown Baltimore with national clients in health care, resort properties and outdoor is looking for some creative talent to fill two roles.
Art Director
The successful applicant will have a degree in (and passion for) Graphic Arts, Advertising or Marketing Communications and 5+ years of applicable experience. Working on the Mac OSX platform, you must be (mega) proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Additional skills might include Flash, Director and/or Final Cut Pro as well as general web proficiency. Experience art directing photo-shoots also required. Your (kick-ass) portfolio will be requested at a later date.
The daily duties for this position will include overseeing projects from beginning to end (soup to nuts) including concepting, design, managing the print process, working within a budget as well as working directly with the clients. Ability to work within a quick turnaround time (without turning yourself insane) is a must.

Junior Art Director / Designer
The successful applicant will have a degree in (and true love of) Graphic Arts, Advertising or Marketing Communications, plus 3 – 5 years applicable experience. Working on the Mac OSX platform, you must be (knock my socks off) proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Additional skills you might possess (to dazzle us) will include Flash, Director and/or Final Cut Pro as well as general web proficiency. Your (killer) portfolio will be requested at a later date. The daily duties for this position will include working on projects from beginning to end including (in, out and around the box) concepting, design, managing the print process. The ability to manage multiple projects within a (crazy) quick turnaround time is a must.
