Welcome to the Northeastern Illinois University Green Opportunities Fair
The primary purpose of this event is to promote both employment and volunteer opportunities to students seeking jobs, internships or volunteer work in organizations that promote green values. This fair is open to any employer who utilizes or promotes green initiatives within their workplace. This event will be part of a week-long celebration of "Turning Blue and Gold into Green".

This event is open to everyone and is free for all job seekers.
Jobseekers should bring 20-25 resumes to distribute and should wear business dress suits, or dress business casual. For information about dressing for a job fair or what exactly business casual is, please visit: http://www.employmentguide.com/careeradvice/Job_Fair_Advice.html.
You may print a program from the Placement Office website at http://www.neiu.edu/~deptpoff prior to the job fair. It is highly recommended that you do so 1-2 days prior to the event as we do receive last minute registrations. Bring your printed copy to the job fair as we will not be distributing programs at the event in the spirit of the event.

Directions and Campus Map
Attention All Visitors
Parking Directions: The main entrance to the campus is on Central Park (3600 West). Guest parking is available in university surface parking lots D, E, F, H, J, or L and on the 2nd level or higher in the parking garage. Daily guest parking permits for these areas are dispensed from the Daily Parking Permit Kiosks located at the south end of the parking lot on the first floor of the parking garage. The cost is $5.00 and the kiosks accept coins or bills. DO NOT park in Level 1 Parking Lots (Lots A, C, or K) or at parking meters. Vehicles without valid guest permits, vehicles parked in Level 1 lots, or vehicles parked at meters will receive a $50.00 ticket. We do not have the authority to expunge these tickets.
Public transportation is strongly recommended.
