Welcome to the Northeastern Illinois University Spring 2013 Education Job Fair

Northeastern Illinois University Career Advising invites you to participate in the Spring 2013 Education Job Fair. The primary purpose of this event is to promote employment opportunities to NEIU students and alumni, as well as students and alumni from other area universities. Districts or schools with current and/or anticipated openings in teaching, administration, or student support positions are invited to participate.

Event Details: This event runs from 10:00 pm - 3:00 pm. Early entry is available for NEIU students and alumni ONLY from 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Students and alumni from other universities will be admitted beginning at 11:00 am. Employers may or may not be actively recruiting for the entire event. We encourage you to come to the fair as early as possible to ensure that you have a chance to meet with your target districts/schools.

Eligibility: This event is open to students and alumni of any university.

Fees: There is no fee for this event.

All candidates should dress professionally and bring plenty of resumes to distribute to employers.

Attention All Visitors
Parking Issues: If you drive to this event and park a vehicle on campus, a Level 2 Parking Permit is required.

Purchase a one-day permit for $5.00 on the first floor of the Parking Garage, and place it on the rearview mirror of your car. Park only in a Level 2 Parking Lot or in Level 2 parking areas in the Parking Garage (Floor 2 and above). Most Level 2 parking is accessible via the Foster Avenue entrance at Central Park. DO NOT park in Level 1 Parking Lots (Lots A, C, or K) or at parking meters. Vehicles without valid guest permits, vehicles parked in Level 1 lots, or vehicles parked at meters will receive a $50.00 ticket. We do not have the authority to expunge these tickets.

Public transportation is strongly recommended.
