Parking Instructions

Parking on the Millersville University campus is limited. Therefore, we have identified special parking areas for candidates attending TRD on March 29, 2012. Bus shuttles* to and from the event site will be provided. If your assigned lot is full, you will be directed to alternate parking.

SCHOOL DISTRICT REPRESENTATIVES (EMPLOYERS)

We have designated a special parking area for employers. Follow signs for Recruiter Drop Off and Recruiter Parking as you enter the vicinity of Millersville University. After dropping off materials at the event site, employers can expect to be directed to parking areas within a short walking distance. You are encouraged to allow some extra time so as to be ready for the opening of the fair at 9:00 a.m.

TEACHER CANDIDATES

We have designated parking close to the Millersville University campus for candidates that will be served by a shuttle bus.

NOTE: Millersville University candidates should park in locations on campus where their parking passes are permitted.

Parking (Lot A)

Designated for candidates from the following colleges/universities: ELIZABETHTOWN, LEBANON VALLEY, MESSIAH, PENN STATE HARRISBURG, SHIPPENSBURG, WILSON, YORK COLLEGE OF PA

Take Route 30 to Rohrerstown Rd. exit. Turn on to Route 741 East. Follow straight through intersection of Route 741 and 999. Field is about 1/2 mile on the right.

Parking (Lot C)

Grace United Methodist Church - 163 W. Frederick St., Millersville, PA.
Designated for candidates from the following colleges/universities: ALBRIGHT, ALVERNIA, LANCASTER BIBLE COLLEGE, non-member college/university attendees

As you enter the town of Millersville from Rt. 999 (Manor Avenue), BEAR LEFT AT THE Y. You will then be on N. George St. (note that bearing right at the Y keeps you on Rt. 999). Follow N. George St. about 0.4 mile and turn right at the traffic light on to W. Frederick St. Continue 1/4-1/2 mile to Grace United Methodist Church. Look for the signs for LOT C parking.

* Shuttle buses will start at 7:45 am and run continuously all day until approximately 4:00 pm. Figure about 15 minutes between bus runs; buses may run less frequently after 2:00pm. For a return trip to the parking lot, be sure to get on a bus marked for the appropriate lot.
