About Our Services
Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes your Access ID and Password and defines your Access Level.
If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

Post jobs targeted to Washington & Jefferson College students, alumni.
- Résumé Search
Search résumés of our students, alumni.
- Portfolio Search
Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni.
- We are pleased to be a College Central Network campus and to provide comprehensive web-based job search services to employers, students and alumni. You can now register online with us and post jobs at no cost to you. And once approved, you'll be able to search our students' resumes at your convenience, 24/7.
Any employer who wants to post full-time or part-time jobs, internships, seasonal, or freelance jobs is eligible to register with us. All employer registrations will first pass through the Career Center for approval. Once registered, you'll appreciate the user-friendly features of this new means of connecting with W&J students.
