About Our Services

Florida SouthWestern State College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Career Connection Center.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

Students have been pre-registered for an account. Select the Activate link to complete the brief registration process.

If you have an active account, sign in to use the services.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Florida SouthWestern State College and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize).
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.

For Alumni

If you have already registered, sign in to begin using our services.

Once registered, you may:

For Employers

Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed and approved an email confirmation is sent. The email will contain a link directing you to activate your account. You will first set your password. Once the password is entered, you will be taken to your account page. You can then immediately begin to post jobs!

If you forget your User ID or password, you can now go to the "Forgot your User ID or Password" links which appear in the "Sign in" area of the Employer Services Page. This new process is more secure and efficient.

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:
