Gardner-Webb University is a private, liberal arts university in Boiling Springs, NC.  As a Christian campus, we look to provide spiritual developement alongside academic and professional development.  Our student population includes traditional undergraduate students, a robust degree-completion program across 12 sites in North Carolina, and a large masters and doctoral level population.  In total, the Office of Career Development serves over 5,000 enrolled students and all alumni of the University.

Gardner-Webb is updating our job and internship database system. Starting August 28th, we will be migrating all current students, alumni, employers, and jobs to our new database system.

About Our Services

Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes your Access ID and Password and defines your Access Level.

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

  • Job Posting
    Post jobs targeted to Gardner-Webb University students, alumni.
  • Résumé Search
    Search résumés of our students, alumni.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni.
  • Our office is here to help you with a variety of services. Specifically with this database as well as our job circuit that we update weekly, we seek to educate students on the job and internship opportunities available to them.  We assist students with finding strengths and seeing career options through assessment tools and techniques. We also have a robust series of workshops and tutorials to prepare students for the world of work. These include, but are not limited to, resume workshops, networking and communication workshops, career fairs, mock interviews, and many more.
