Posting jobs and internships; and sourcing the resumes of high quality candidates are just the beginning of a vibrant, multi-faceted recruiting relationship with our campus! Consider:

  • Advertising your positions in The Lorian, our campus newspaper.
  • Setting up a display table in the lobby to the Dining Hall.
  • Conducting campus interviews for internships and full-time positions.
  • Providing speakers to related student clubs and organizations. E-mail Ms. Kelsey Callahan, Assistant Director of Student Life, ( for a current list of approved campus organizations.
  • Connect with our culturally-diverse student body through Mr. Sergio Perez, Director of the Center for Inclusion & Advocacy, via e-mail (
  • Collaborating on research with faculty on topics of mutual interest. This could take the form of summer research projects or providing grants to support student learning.
  • Participating in the annual Mock Interview Competition (November), Area Collegiate Interview Day (October), and Launch Beyond Loras (February/March).

We look forward to collaborating with you to build a successful talent acquisition program.
