About Our Services

Mount Marty University has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Career & International Support Services.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

All students have been pre-registered to use our CCN services. Select the Activate link to complete the registration process.

If you have activated your account, sign in.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Mount Marty University and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize). Your résumé will be reviewed by our office and must be approved before it can be sent to employers or submitted online to posted jobs.
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.
  • Search our Mentoring Network to find profiles of people who work in your fields of interest and contact them online.
  • Mount Marty University Career Services offers
    • Career counseling: Explore your career options, confirm a college major and make career decisions
    • Resumes, cover letters and personal statements: Build your resume, highlighting your strengths and develop effective cover letters.  Get help writing graduate school admissions personal statements.
    • Career workshops and presentations: Watch for upcoming workshops on a variety of topics, to include navigating social media in a job search, how personality type impacts career choice, and more.
    • Job search assistance: Career Services can help you find post-graduation employment or locate an internship.
    • Alumni connections: One of the best resources Mount Marty University has to offer is its alums. Career Services can connect you to alumni mentors. Career Services and the Alumni Office jointly sponsor events throughout the year.

For Alumni

    1. Join by registering as an alumnus/a
      This will allow you to take advantage of all online services, including the ability to search and network with other Mentors.
    2. Create a Mentor-only account
      If you only wish to become a Mentor, Register Here.

Whether you're a new graduate looking for your first post-degree position, an alumnus or alumna looking to re-enter the workforce, or you're just looking for advice on how to take that next step in your career, we're here to help! Here are some options:

  • You can register for the Mount Marty University Career Central Network online database to explore jobs exclusively for Mount Marty students and alum. Call Career Services at 668-1489 to set up an account.
  • Career Services can also help you explore careers, identify options, and create action plans. You can also strategize your job search, including resume reviews, mock interviews, and networking. Appointments are available in-person, or via phone or Video. Please use the appointments page to schedule an appointment. 

For Employers

Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account.

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

  • Job Posting
    Post jobs targeted to Mount Marty University students, alumni.
  • Résumé Search
    Search résumés of our students, alumni.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni.
  • We can help you:
    • Recruit students through our online job posting system, Mount Marty's University's College Central Network. Posting your job is free and will reach hundreds of students and alumni. All jobs are archived so that you may reactivate the listing if it becomes vacant in the future.
    • Search candidate resumes through our online system.
    • Schedule an on-campus interview or information session.
    • Arrange or sponsor recruitment activities.
