The Northwest Arkansas Community College Career Services Center serves as a resource center to connect students/alumni with potential employment referrals and opportunities. The Career Services Center hosts career fairs and networking events throughout the academic year, however the Center is unable to guarantee job placement for students/alumni. The Career Services staff does their best to research job postings as thoroughly as possible; however students/alumni are responsible for checking the credentials and integrity of an employer/company to which one is applying. Similarly, employers are also responsible for checking the credentials and integrity of applicants. The Center is not liable for the accuracy, working conditions, or safety of any off-campus positions.
Please contact the Career Services Center if you suspect and/or have encountered posted fraudulent jobs or internships on the online or on-campus job bulletin boards as well as if any employer/company has engaged in unethical conduct regarding employment practices and recruitment from this website. Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account.

Post jobs targeted to Northwest Arkansas Community College students, alumni.
- Résumé Search
Search résumés of our students, alumni.
- Portfolio Search
Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni.
- On-Campus Interviewing
In addition to posting on our Job Board, you may also post positions that involve on-campus interviews. An interview date will be scheduled after we review and approve your posting. You may then log in to check submissions, candidate status and schedules. On-campus interviews occur during specific times of the year. If you do not know our recruiting schedule, please contact us before posting your job.
- The Career Services Center serves to meet employers' (companies) hiring needs by offering:
- Post jobs anytime: 24 hours/7 days access to the College Central Network (CCN); online job portal;
- Availability for on-campus recruiting/interviews;
- Free promotion of jobs on physical job bulletin boards, NWACC's Student Announcement emails, and NWACC Career Services' social media pages; and
- Highlight your company/industry with classroom presentations and/or campus workshops.
