About Our Services

Rowan College of South Jersey has partnered exclusively with College Central Network^® to power its career management platform for its Internship and Career Planning Office.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

Welcome to RCSJ's Career Portal. We developed this site to help you find a mentor, an internship, or an employment opportunity. In order to apply for these positions online you must have a resume uploaded. College Central has a Resume Builder that can help you develop your resume in order to use our services.

A staff member from our Internship and Career Planning office will review your uploaded resume, give helpful job searching tips, and provide essential information on acing the interview. Contact the office to set-up an appointment.

We appreciate your interest in employing Rowan of South Jersey students and alumni. Our employment services involve a cooperative effort with College Central Network, Inc. Employers can register online and post jobs FOR FREE.

All employer registrations will pass through the Career Services Office for approval.

You must create an account to access our services. You will then receive an email with a secured link from the Internship and Career Planning office to activate your account.

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

Job Posting
Post jobs targeted to Rowan College of South Jersey students, alumni, community residents.
Résumé Search
Search résumés of our students, alumni, community residents. When searching for alumni, your results may include community residents.
Portfolio Search
Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni, community residents.
On-Campus Interviewing
In addition to posting on our Job Board, you may also post positions that involve on-campus interviews. An interview date will be scheduled after we review and approve your posting. You may then log in to check submissions, candidate status and schedules. On-campus interviews occur during specific times of the year. If you do not know our recruiting schedule, please contact us before posting your job.

This service is reserved for bona fide businesses, government agencies and nonprofit organizations providing full-time, part-time, seasonal, short-term positions and internships opportunies that adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity & Affirmative Action regulations. Third party recruiters will only be granted permission to post job openings and will not have access to our job seeker database.

Prohibited Job Postings:

Contract positions paid via 1099 arrangements; where the employee is an independent contractor.
Private families needing in-home, home-based, or personal services, i.e., babysitting, elder care, tutoring.
Employers who seek volunteers.
Entrepreneurship opportunities as jobs.
