About Our Services

Sinclair College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Student and Community Engagement Office.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

You must register with Sinclair Community College's career services page powered by CCN to use the services provided. If you have already registered, please sign in.

For students who have been pre-registered, or registered with JobLink, select the "Activate" link to complete your registration process.

For new users, select “Create Account” and begin your registration.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Sinclair College and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize). Your résumé will be reviewed by our office and must be approved before it can be sent to employers or submitted online to posted jobs.
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.
  • Manage your on-campus interview schedules.
  • Our services include:

Stop by Building 8 Room 025 or call 937-512-2509 to make an appointment for a one-on-one session, use our on-line resources, and receive information on employers coming to campus or upcoming career fairs. You have access to these free services as a student or alum.

Check out the e-portfolio tool. You now have the ability to show employers your work. So whether it's an example of a capstone project or flyer you designed, seeing your work can make an impact on employers. An e-portfolio is a great tool for your job search toolbox that will set you apart from the competition and give employers a glimpse of what you bring to the table.

For Employers

Welcome to the Employer Services website for Sinclair Community College, powered by CCN, a tool to help you connect with qualified candidates.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account and be able to:

  • Post, repost or edit open positions
  • Review resumes
  • Review e-portfolios
  • Register for career events on campus

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

  • Job Posting
    Post jobs targeted to Sinclair College students, alumni, community residents.
  • Résumé Search
    Search résumés of our students, alumni, community residents. When searching for alumni, your results may include community residents.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni, community residents.
  • On-Campus Interviewing
    In addition to posting on our Job Board, you may also post positions that involve on-campus interviews. An interview date will be scheduled after we review and approve your posting. You may then log in to check submissions, candidate status and schedules. On-campus interviews occur during specific times of the year. If you do not know our recruiting schedule, please contact us before posting your job.
  • Other services available to help you identify qualifed candidates include:
    • Posting on bulletin boards
    • On-campus interviews and mini-hiring events
    • Career fairs, and other activities.

Please note: "Student Employment" and "Work Study" is reserved for Federal Work Study and Non-Federal Work study positions, approved through the Financial Aid Office ONLY.

Also, All third party staffing agencies will be able to post open positions, but will not be able to view or search for resumes.

For Community Residents

Sinclair's Student and Community Engagement Office is committed to providing career related services to the Sinclair community. Community members can come by our office to make an appointment to have a resume reviewed, brush up on their interviewing skills, or search for employment opportunities.

Our services include:

  • Resume review
  • Mock interviews
  • Job search strategies

If you are a community member who would like to search for jobs, you must first register. Please indicate that you are a community resident on your registration form. Once registered, you may also receive emails about upcoming career related events and job-related topics.
