In your position as an Intern you will: Work with Commission attorneys on several projects particular to the specific division or office to which you are assigned. Participate in seminars/workshops on various aspects of federal securities laws. Past presentations have included: An Overview of Federal Securities Laws; Securities Fraud on the Internet; a Testimony Taking Workshop; Mergers and Acquisitions; and The SEC's Investigative Process.
