Convergys is currently hiring for Technical Support Reps. Agents use their sales experience, Internet connectivity knowledge, and general understanding of computer networking to assist customers and solve or re-direct their technical inquiries over the phone. This position requires sales experience, and in-depth knowledge of Windows, Internet and hardware installation. Our Representatives need to be able to pass a Sales assessments.
