1. If you upload a résumé, do not include a street address or phone number and other personal data - instead use a disposable e-mail address and check it often. This will allow you to protect your privacy while ensuring that you can still be easily contacted. The Career & Transfer Center will still be able to access your phone number and address; information entered on the registration form is only accessible to the Career Center.
2. Evaluate all job postings carefully as you look for discrepancies or suspicious claims.
