About Our Services

Brightpoint Community College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Learning and Student Success Center.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

All students have been pre-registered to use our CCN services. Select the Activate link to complete the registration process. If you already have an account, sign in!

Once registered, you may:

  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize).
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.

    1. Join by registering as an alumnus/a
      This will allow you to take advantage of all online services, including the ability to search and network with other Mentors.

For Employers

Thank you for your interest in recruiting Tyler talent! Our online services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved, you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account. I usually approve registrations within 24-48 hours SO IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THIS EMAIL PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX. I have heard from many of our employers that this email ends up there.

Once you are approved you can post job and internship opportunities.

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

  • Job Posting
    Post jobs targeted to Brightpoint Community College students, alumni, community residents.
  • Résumé Search
    Search résumés of our students, alumni, community residents. When searching for alumni, your results may include community residents.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni, community residents.
  • On-Campus Interviewing
    In addition to posting on our Job Board, you may also post positions that involve on-campus interviews. An interview date will be scheduled after we review and approve your posting. You may then log in to check submissions, candidate status and schedules. On-campus interviews occur during specific times of the year. If you do not know our recruiting schedule, please contact us before posting your job.

If you are a community resident who would like to search for jobs, you must first register. Please indicate that you are a Community Resident on your registration form. Once registered, you may also receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics. If you have already registered, sign in to begin.
