About Our Services

Alamance Community College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Student Success Center.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

You have been pre-registered for this service using your Student ID and Access Email address.

To activate your account:

1. Select the "Activate your Account" link.
2. Enter your Student ID in the User ID field.
3. Enter your Access email address.
4. Select the "Activate Account" button.
5. Set your password and then Submit to finish your registration.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Alamance Community College and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize). Your résumé will be reviewed by our office and must be approved before it can be sent to employers or submitted online to posted jobs.
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.

After you log in, click "Search Postings to My School" near the top, center of the page.

For Alumni

You must register with CCN to use our services.

You must create an account to use CCN. Use your ACC Student ID number as your User ID. Register by clicking, "Sign Up."

If you have already registered, sign in to begin using our services.

Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must register your organization on CCN prior to accessing services at Alamance Community College. Once your registration is reviewed and if it is approved, you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account. Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no cost. Employers with approved CCN accounts may post paid job opportunities*.

We highly recommend targeting job postings by major.

*Please note we do not post unpaid internships.
