The event will be a casual setting -- a tailgate! Dress casually, play some lawn games, and get some great food from the trucks while employers and candidates get to know one another.

This event is sponsored by Fastenal, Panera Bread and Select Medical.

CPEC Fair Policies for Employers

• CPEC policies do not allow the following types of organizations to register for the CPEC Fair: employment/entrepreneurial organizations that are based on "pyramid" or "multi-level" structures and/or organizations that require employees to purchase products/services contingent upon their employment with, or on behalf of, that company/individual.
• If a catastrophic event (federal/state/local mandates related to COVID-19 pandemic, an act of terrorism, extreme weather conditions, or other similar circumstances) occurs and subsequently causes the cancellation of the CPEC Fair or compromises or hinders the normal functioning of the Fair, the registration fee will not be refunded to employers.
• CPEC adheres to the "Principles for Professional Practice" for career services & employment professionals from the National Association of Colleges and Employers.  We strongly encourage organizations that recruit college students to join NACE and/or the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers.

Weather Policy: Since this an outdoor event, if the event has to be cancelled for weather-related reasons, CPEC will apply the registration charge ($150 registration prior to October 21, 2022/$200 registrations after October 21, 2022) to a future CPEC event in 2023.

CPEC reserves the right to add or modify Fair policies as needed.
