About Our Services

Northern Pennsylvania Regional College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Career Services Office.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

All students have been pre-registered to use our CCN services. Select the Activate link to complete the registration process.

If you already have an account, sign in.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Northern Pennsylvania Regional College and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize). Your résumé will be reviewed by our office and must be approved before it can be sent to employers or submitted online to posted jobs.
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.
  • Search our Mentoring Network to find profiles of people who work in your fields of interest and contact them online.

For Alumni

You must register with CCN to use our services if you did not do so when you were a student.

If you have already registered, sign in to use our services.  All alumni should change their email address in CCN from their NPRC email address to a personal, professional email address.

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Northern Pennsylvania Regional College; search the Jobs Central® national job board .
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize).     1. Join by registering as an alumnus/a
      This will allow you to take advantage of all online services, including the ability to search and network with other Mentors.
    2. Create a Mentor-only account

For Employers

Our online Employer Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You must register your organization with our office prior to accessing these services. Once your registration is reviewed, if it is approved you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account.  Activate your account and then begin posting jobs or searching for candidates that match your job's qualification criteria. 

If approved, depending on your access level, you will be able to use some or all of the services listed below:

  • Job Posting
    Post jobs targeted to Northern Pennsylvania Regional College students, alumni, community residents.
  • Résumé Search
    Search résumés of our students, alumni, community residents. When searching for alumni, your results may include community residents.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni, community residents.

For Community Residents

All Workforce Development students, NPRC faculty and staff, and others within the community are considered Community Residents.

All Workforce Development students and other community residents can create an account using a personal, professional email address.

All NPRC faculty and staff can create an account using their NPRC email address.

Once registered, you may:
