About Our Services

Southeast Community College has partnered exclusively with College Central Network® to power its career management platform for its Career Services.

College Central Network is a robust career platform designed to provide job seekers with employment opportunities and career development resources, while providing a pipeline of new talent to business and industry. It features opportunities for part-time jobs, internships, and full-time employment, making the job search experience easier and more productive for you.

The platform also provides a quick, easy way to sign up for career fairs, workshops, résumé reviews, and appointments with Career Services staff. You'll find great job and internship opportunities here, as well as relevant career advice resources, including the award-winning College Central Podcast featuring over 125 quick dives into specific career related topics. Plus, you'll have access to the Job Agent, which automatically matches job opportunities to your unique profile.

To date, over six million jobs have been posted by more than two million employers, who are recruiting candidates through the Network—their one-stop shop for recruiting!

For Students

All memberships are subject to the approval of Career Services. Approval is done during normal business hours and may take up to 24 hours. If you do not receive an e-mail notification after 24 hours, try to log into the website. If unsuccessful, please contact Career Services.

Registering for the first time? Your User ID must be seven digits. Add leading zeros to your ID if necessary. Do NOT use alpha characters! Example: 0022422

Once registered, you may:

  • Search for jobs posted exclusively to Southeast Community College and search the Jobs Central® national job board.
  • Build a résumé with Résumé Builder, or upload a résumé file to Resume Central® so you can apply directly to jobs and/or allow it to be searched by employers (if you so authorize).
  • Build an online portfolio in Career Portfolio Central® to support your résumé and demonstrate your best work to employers.
  • Review your job search history. Report offers/hires.
  • Receive emails about programs, services and job-related topics.
  • Gain access to announcements, upcoming events, career advice documents, career advice videos, podcasts, and career articles from over 125 authors.
  • Manage your on-campus interview schedules.

For Alumni

You must register your business prior to accessing our services. After approval, you will receive an email which includes a link to activate your account.

    Search résumés of our students, alumni.
  • Portfolio Search
    Search career portfolios that have been prepared by our students, alumni.
  • On-Campus Interviewing
    In addition to posting on our Job Board, you may also post positions that involve on-campus interviews. An interview date will be scheduled after we review and approve your posting. You may then log in to check submissions, candidate status and schedules. On-campus interviews occur during specific times of the year. If you do not know our recruiting schedule, please contact us before posting your job.
